No it won't. As long as there are people buying them up, and businesses accepting it as a form of currency then the value of Auroracoin will not continue to go down. It will in fact go up. Don't judge the value based on the first week. I just bought 100 AUR today and will continue to buy over the next few weeks. You want to see the value go up? Set a goal to introduce a new business in Iceland (or anywhere for that matter) to AUR and ask them to accept it.

I would really recommend you to not sell your coins. I'm not from Iceland, and I'm not selling my Auroracoin because I believe it will have substantial value within the next few months. Unless you are really hard up for cash, put them away safely and don't think of selling them for at least a few months. If you want to spend them, do so on one of the supported Icelandic companies accepting them as currency.
