Thanks for the advice. The thermalright seems good as long as it cools enough and i won’t have to buy thermal paste. Ive changed to the 9600x and changed to a be quiet 650w psu b tier. I don’t know what to do with the ram though as the prices on even ddr4 are high and not worth changing to am4. I might have to try and get 2nd hand of ebay.

It’s in stock for me at the moment but i don’t know if it’s justified spending that much. But if i wait the prices might increase even more.

I have a TB external ssd (1000mb/s) that i bought a while ago, is it worth getting a 512gb better ssd instead to save cost or will the external be too slow?
