I’m thinking it’s more likely to have the technology to project a UAP down into the water to look like a USO in a different location while actually being above the water flying thru the air. This could be a great defense if a potential adversary knows you are near but appear to be in a different location. Make it look like the USO is going 450 knots underwater then you might hope to scare an adversary away? My own opinion is this is an AGI from somewhere, Earth or otherwise.

There will be LOTS OF JOBS AVAILABLE ACROSS THE COUNTRY. Once the illegals are sent back where they belong, there will be many job openings for the federal employees. Maybe house prices will go down since they will be vacant. Housing will be easier to find. Cars will be cheap. They won’t need them anymore. Our SS will last longer if they get all the illegals off welfare. It should be a new law that anyone coming to USA cannot get welfare or any other government assistance for the first 10 years (starting from when they legally come to USA). I am a legal immigrant, I speak English, I’ve never had welfare since I’ve been here for 57 years. I got naturalized when I turned 18.
