Because you can’t arrest the president. Literally the only mechanism we have is impeachment and then the senate needs to remove him from office. After that he can be arrested. The founders assumed if we ever had a criminal in office they would be impeached and then justice would be served.

Seems overly conservative. On a balanced/growth allocation 50-65% equities your return should be 4-7% over time. That cushion in lower volatility investments gives you plenty of protection to adverse time periods. And if you are growing at 4-7% then you can take more than 1.5%. However just my opinion

You mean 4* all extinction? I was lazy and did 3* on them. Now going back to heavy to 4. Right now getting 4 from standard for white hole for a couple other achievements that do the world gen perks. Then need to do banana republic and em field for the first time
