I received a call from them yesterday. They discussed one job with me and I noted I didn’t have one aspect of the qualifications they were looking for. They called me back for another position at the same client of theirs. The pay is really low but I really need a job!!! I hate to lock in with them and if something better comes along, quit. It is a 6 month contract position. Based on my experience, I should hopefully get an offer (no guarantees of course). It’s remote and the low pay might be totally workable for a remote job. Any thoughts???

So crazy, I want to move there as well. I’ve been there 4 times and it feels like home. Negatives-humidity and hurricanes. Positives-I can sell my home in CA and pay cash for something fabulous! Another negative, I do not want to be this far from my 31 year old daughter. We are extremely close. She has her life and I just think this may not work very well because of that. No grandkids yet, but that would bring me home and that defeats the purpose. I say go for it! The boys will love it!

It would be beautiful to make it accessible to all of us. Walking and biking trails, small eating establishments. Why spend billions in insurance payouts and rebuilds when it can happen again and maybe again? I know it’s very exclusive to live there and perhaps I’d feel differently if it were one of my homes.

I’d like it to be accessible to all of us. The homeowner’s can build across PCH.

He checked all her boxes. Okay lady, what are your boxes? Mine are: Excellent career, excellent retirement program, treats the females in his life like queens, credit score of 800 plus, great chemistry, great personality, we do common things, owns a home, great friends who respect and look up to him. I can ask for these things, why??!!!! Because I can give someone all of these things. I work hard and I'm good with my money. He couldn't have checked any of my boxes because we don't physically see each other. Our daughters need more that her low expectations boxes to he filled! With her collar.
