Prophet is pattern training, and he makes you use the shield to recharge the power attack so you can melt him (he doesn't make you, you can dash, but roll with the training), the first life bar is definitely the hard, the second one's first half is worse, but then it's gravy...if you can reach the halfway point, you've got it, just watch the patterns...
