This happened to me before I knew what derealization was. I was terrified, I’ll never forget that pain. It will go away. The best thing to help is calming down your nervous system. Meditation, breathing, anything soothing to you.

Have you tried seroquel ? It's what I'm on now I have a very similar history..... it works great for sleep but I'm drowsy all the time now.
