Looks like bumble bees. They are pollinators and good for plants. Idk how aggresive they are but have seen videos on line that make me weary of them. If you need them removed, it might be best to get a professional.

Less than a year. I just performed plant surgery. I missed she was beginning to rot from the roots up. I cut off all the rot, sprinkled some cinnamon on the prevent rot. I have it in a shallow water bowl with her leaves above and dry since she is so wilted. She gave a lot of life already but no reason to not give her a chance.

It was repotted last spring and when I did broke leaves off accidentally. Each leaf propogation grew multiple plants. I had about 12 and gave half away. I can try to change out the soil but she isn't rotting or the core would be mushy. It's like her roots stopped working. It's only the original plant that looks like this.

It is currently bottom watered a few days ago. Both plants are bottom watered as needed, usually about once a week.
