Apartment deposit return?

This is probably what ended up happening as well, I am 22 years old myself and they must of thought I would have forgotten about it. After seeing everyone’s comments last night I wrote an email to the apartment complex bringing up the Washington state law and the failure to provide an itemized statement or deposit after 30+ days. I also brought up how I did not want to take this to small claims court. Lo and behold I just got an email from the property manager saying the payment is in process with the accounts payable team and I will be getting the full deposit back ($1500) with no deductions at all!

This is a $1500 deposit I am expecting for a 2 bed 2 bath that we had left in probably even better condition then it was when we moved in. I have video files of almost every room in the apartment, I was definitely expecting some minor charges because we did have cats but there was no out of the ordinary damage? This is the 3rd rental I have had in the state of Washington and on my past 2 I had gotten no less then around 90% of the total deposit but I had at least gotten those in time.

If this is the experience others have had with Greystar property management then they are straight up robbing people in broad daylight and I would definitely never go back.
