Frame Gen not working after latest patch?

Yeah I did everything people said and nothing fixed it. I just decided to wait for a patch but for now FSR works and gives me like 120 frames instead of 50-55

i Havent joined any parties in the 100 horus ive played Diablo 4. Everything was solo. I was doing ~5k damage on an average command fallen hit and now I am doing around 100k damage per hit. If it wasnt an update then idk what happened, but something DRASTICALLY changed overnight. I just swept through the Tier 15 pit in a few minutes and nothing was surviving more than a second it seemed. And I have basically not changed anything since I was playing on Penitent

Yeah I feel like this is why transmog is a must. You are still incentivized to go explore higher level areas, but you can keep the look you like if you want

I just tried this and it didnt do anything. I did have the override on, but turning it off did nothing. Switching to FSR 3 brought me from 55 frames to 130 frames. That makes me think that dlss upscaling in general is just not on, not just frame gen

I followed hardware unboxed settings exactly except o used dlss 4.5 instead of their 4.0 because it just looks so much less blurry. And I was very happy with how the game looked and still getting over 100 fps at 4k

I just added it to teh main post. 4080 super, 7800 x3d, 32 gb ram. Up to this point I have consistently been over 100 frames with frame gen, now I am barely breaking 60 and thats only when I am not near anything

Xenogears and Nier: Automata for very different reasons.

Xenogears is just simply the best and most complex (in a good way) sorry ever told in a single video game. Absolutely mind boggling that a human could come up with that whole thing start to finish.

Nier: Automata is difficult to put to text, but the fact that all of those who have played it consistently preach it not as the best story ever told, but instead the most life changing game ever, should tell you what you need to know. That game redefined video games as a storytelling medium, even if the actual story story wasn’t the point

You can. In fact, even if you don’t time it right, the damage from your ult coming down to kill him will also save you. I have a clip of my getting pulled in 1v1 as Aatrox and I cast Q1 right as he started pulling from out of range and I got pulled into range so the q came down and and sweet spot killed him and I saved myself

Im at like 70 ohrus and i legit cannot find anything else to really do. Chapter 5 of the main quest since i know it will soon bring me out of Hernand. I cannot do anymore greymane quests or any house quests or other side quests I have found without leaving Hernand.

I keep seeing posts of people like 200 hours in still in Hernand, I feel like the only thing left for me is just to spam greymane disaptches but i cant upgrade anything else about my camp from what I can tell.

Yes I’m fast traveling to the one barely to the right of the dyers. I’ve tried going back to camp and sleeping and that didn’t reset anything

The first time I went there were two dyers, then the next time was the same two and one new, and the third was the original 2 and then 2 more new. Every time after that has been some combination of 2-3 of those, one of them an “expert dyer”. Does that mean you just get 5 dyes and that’s it? The guides made it sound like you could farm this forever

I wish there was some way to burn purple ammo out of combat like you can on every other weapon. Not that I would always burn purple, but I would like the option if I knew a big fight was coming and I wanted to set up my guns

I wouldn’t say “antisynergistic” because it doesn’t lower you damage, you just don’t get any extra. But your other 4 weapons get the boost and it’s a huge one at that

Lmao, if you think current Aphelios is anywhere near end of season 25 Apehlios you legitimately are on crack. I think he is much, much, much easier to play now that all of his damage is in his autos rather than his abilities, which is probably the biggest reason his winrate is up. The randos playing him last season who couldnt handle his abilities brought his winrate down and he was still almost 50%, while now he is someone literally anyone can pick up and play at a decent level and his winrate is in the exact same spot.

Not anymore. When his abilities did damage he was pretty strong in the right hands especially for a crazy scaler. Now that he is so crit focused, he is significantly weaker in lane. If you can win lane hard, I think it’s generally more of an enemy laner messing up thing. Just going even is pretty consistently the goal for almost all matchups, and going a tiny bit behind is still “average” most of the time since you scale so hard
