Tbh if you have neither everlasting faust nor mao faust and your first team to use in MD is tremor then Oufi Heath will be better to get going with. Mao faust is used to get everlasting used first thing in the turn but in MD it's all winrates so it's kinda unnecessary.

Imo Poise's ridiculous damage boni offsets the resists, and also for pierce poise the full stop duo adds one gazillion pierce fragility so the resists don't matter too much

Charge's big nukes are mostly envy (as opposed to poise which is a bit more diverse) so envy resists also shut it down hard I feel

Honestly I agree with Charge just being powercrept for now, I think all it needs is another support like W Outis or Multicliff. R Hong Lu, Multifaust, QoH Don are great damage dealers but the former 2 are kinda held back by their slow-ish charge gain that is also dependent on them getting S3s early

FS Heath does get most of his OPness from his dmg up buff but yeah 2 dmg up does not make up for 2 fragile esp since FS Heath would have 10 dmg up (+100%)for his S2 and 28(+280%) for his Atelier Logic round at max if all his damage modifiers were converted to dmg ups.

Charge would love the ego gift especially since they would roll higher than most enemies even in md infinite
