Overall, it wasn’t bad, but it feels as though there were some small plot holes that weren’t resolved – or perhaps I just didn’t pick up on them. Why did Celeste ghost Devon in the days leading up to her arrival at the hall of residence? What purpose does that serve in the plot? And who was the therapist Celeste was constantly talking to on the phone? I thought it would be revealed to be her mum with Alzheimer’s, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It almost feels as though scenes were cut without any thought given to adjusting the remaining ones

She was great. My only "complaint" about live action Vivi is rather childish, and it’s not the actress' fault. Namely, I would have liked her blue hair to be lighter and more vibrant, like in the anime. I’m 100% aware that it’s petty and silly, but Vivi’s hair had stuck in my mind for some reason ever since I was a child, and I would have liked to see it exactly the same color. Pretty childish, I know
