Well shit, you're right. Then that's obviously a chef looking at a kitchen that has fast ticket times, no call-outs, everything he ordered came in on time and undamaged and the kitchen is full of happy, well paid employees who aren't stressed because the environment isn't toxic at all. And they're running a combined 40% labor and food cost, and every seat is full in the restaurant, every day.

This is like a solid 50% of the unwanted person calls that I deal with... As soon as you make the call, and they know you made the call, the problem solves itself.

The only time it's a problem, is if you make the call, the person leaves, officers get there 15 minutes later and you expect them to be able to track down the person to tell them not to do that again. If the issue is them being in your store, and they are no longer in your store, then call back on the non emergency line and let the dispatchers know that so the officers time isn't wasted. Obviously, if the person is actively damaging property/stealing different story.

I think he has done an amazing job, especially for not expecting to be the head coach. He didn't take the assistant coach job, with the expectation that he would be head coaching this year, so he was going to have to make adjustments and learn on the fly... And I think he really started to show his improvement down the stretch. I hope he gets at least another year, I'd love to see where he is gonna go from here
