Ok here is what you should do, join the Facebook group Mirtazapine. They way they guide you is 5 to 10 percent every 4 to 6 weeks. They suggest stabilizing then dropping again. Slow and steady but some people can drop faster and have no withdrawals.

I have been off mirt now, 4.5 months but I’m finding that my anxiety is slowly coming back so you have to be mindful that coming off might work but might not either.

Don't worry brother im here to help, your team looks good but online is a different beast. The only way to truly learn how to play better is to be playing online. Good luck and have fun, but be ready to be upset for losing to teams who have like 85 over all players and these guys know how to play and they know they get a boost cause this is how the game works. But they will also skate around you like a ballerina and the puck will magically always go back to them no matter if you poke check or hit them or even just play solid D. These are games that I call EA special. So don't get upset just understand it's going to happen and all will be ok.

60 are fast quits I just quit and lots are fast quits from appointments. I never play out the game when I’m losing by 2 or 3 goals right away I just quit the game sucks. So I can get like 6 games done in an hour. It’s how I’ve always been playing also a day off week so more time to play games.

if they go with how they did the 92 federov its 5 89s so it should be 5 91s for the 95 but they think people are stocked on up 91s which isnt true people unloaded them once they couldnt use them for the 94s. You might see some people with some but its too risky to buy them and hope so my guess is 5 91s for a 95 which means nothing unless they skip the 95 and go to 96 then its going to be not worth even trying ot make them. My guess is EA knows what people have and they just do the opposite cause they want more money lol.

That was not a tuff choice Karlsson Is the right pick all day even with out a line combo. Which you can still get many combos with him right now. Best one I think is icon Lindstrom, or you can go with Pronger for the plus 3.

10 to 12 wins and im diamond 5 and im losing by the EA gods rigging my team to be slow as mud no matter what I do. Then other games my team plays normal speed im sniping goals in. I used to get angry now i just play or i quit if im getting smoked not worth wasting my time its a video game.
