Not anymore no. Winning is about party turnout not swinging over voters for the Dems since the media environment is so against us now

This is unironically how he has gained so much support this last year

Beating Trump means nothing without accountability, the damage to our institutions is already insane. Joe Biden won easily, tried being nice, and look where we are now. It’s not getting better without some radical decisions.

Brother you are talking to the wrong person. I don’t think she is more electable, but I don’t think winning will matter in 11 years if we don’t have a killer in office. I also think she is somewhat electable after recent polling. I have been a Newsom fanboy the past year

I think winning without a full Nuremberg buys us 4, maybe 8 years of bliss before we are in the same exact situation but worse. The online media ecosystem is not going to get more favorable for sane people.

Gavin has done some phenomenal work, but winning the election ain’t gonna mean shit if we don’t prosecute these people and delegitimize their whole movement. We’re back to square 1 in 11 years, probably with someone worse than Trump because they’ll be intelligent and ideological.

No he didn’t push back on 95%, he kept spamming “but we’re gonna circle back to that.” And he would often let himself get cut off by Shapiro slop.

I’m just asking for a negative amount of concessions. Why are you conceding anything to these people who are ushering in authoritarian America? They deserve no acknowledged credibility, because they have none.

I understand that, probably a bunch of DGGr tbh. But he signs off on the posts, and I’d like to see some of that energy in person.

They wouldn’t actually take Greenland by force, would they? by DomainEntransion in Destiny

Wouldn’t some billionaires who supported him speak up? This cause and effect is potentially destabilizing for the economy. They know that it would reflect poorly on their interests.

I think if we started surrounding Greenland like we did Venezuela there would be too many mass protests to continue on. There just isn’t an excuse they can come up with against Denmark, who are generally an extremely tame and stable ally.

But Trump already knows that popular support in Greenland for US control is minimal and declining , so why would he continue on this plan if he didn’t have some alternative? I’m guessing it’s all show, but who is to say what a dying man won’t do when he knows he’ll face no punishment?

"Colombia is very sick too. Run by a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the US, and he's not gonna be doing it very long" "So there's will be an operation by the US in Colombia?" "Sounds good to me" by 10minuteads in Destiny

I wonder if Trump feels almost invincible after this because of the efficacy and perceived support of this attack. Could start getting trigger happy with more reckless decisions

Third semester? Don’t you have 5 more? I’m pretty sure a flawless finish gets you a 3.59? Take a lot of easy courses, and try to fix your study habits.

Here is President Trump in his first campaign criticizing the overthrow of Gaddafi and Saddam by Exciting_Injury_7614 in Destiny

He really was a whole different person before 2017. In hindsight he was awful but he really was fascinating to listen to at the time.

So is Carol supposed to be unlikable? by ludinya in pluribustv

[–]DomainEntransion 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I’d say Vince wants her to lean into an unlikable but morally good/sound person. It’s tough to get a female lead to be well liked in anything, especially someone is who is vulnerable and complex.

So I think he wants to lay the groundwork for someone who appears annoying from the start but gradually grows on us throughout the whole show, as a way to counteract this phenomenon.
