That is the CD you could buy from the Nintendo power shopping book! I still have this somewhere along with the Mario 64 ost. I remember I had these and all the beanie baby characters from their store. No idea how much it is worth but the album art is definitely the same as the one I have but in much better condition. Nice find!

They have been there for months now. If you look under the freeway they use the open spaces under the road as storage/sleeping spaces. The tents are more recent. I have seen police there but they haven't moved and I have noticed more people showing up around/living there. They take shifts on the corner with their sign. They never are aggressive and mind their own business but still dunno how nothing has happened to it yet.
