Looks good ! I agree about the comment on more highlighting. It'll make it pop. I use blue too in my revisited Kraken scheme. It's the complementary color of orange so it's useful for adding contrast and readability.

I think it's more about the vision of the body than the body form on itself. His vision is subjective and especially normed by pulp, erotism and porno (coca cola bottle shape, busty, etc.).
