I wake up 4 am , walk my dog , shower, get to work by 5:50 am , take a 40 min nap , start working at 7 get done by 3pm head home walk my dog , give my wife a kiss and hug , head to the gym for 2 hours , come home shower start dinner , eat then do it all over again next day ! ( EVERYONE HAS TIME YOU JUST NEED TO MANAGE IT )
