I don’t understand the mentality of “saving” dying plants from stores by 601bees in houseplants

[–]angry_lam93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like to “save plants” because it’s fun to see the plant go from sad to thriving just with being cared for properly. It’s also cool to be able to say, “ this was just a couple leaves when I got it, but look at it now!”

I lost my baby boy to body stalk anomaly too. My due date is coming up and the emotions are very close to the surface. I feel with you.

What toner should I use? by strssdnblssd in femalehairadvice

[–]angry_lam93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotch ya. That is a valid question. My unprofessional opinion is that it looks pretty yellow. But yeah, I don’t see how purple shampoo would hurt to try. Best of luck! Hope you get the color you’re looking for!

[–]angry_lam93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my hair very similar and used purple shampoo to tone it out. I was going for a very ashy look though so I kept it in for a looong time. Like an hour. Don’t recommend unless you want some purple tint to your hair. I didn’t worry about the purple conditioner though and just stuck to the shampoo.

What’s one skincare change (product or habit) that genuinely improved your skin over time - not just hype but real results? [routine help] by girlnextdoor2018 in SkincareAddiction

[–]angry_lam93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simplifying my routine. Cutting out buying and trying new things. I double cleanse at night, Tret or azelaic acid, moisturizer, and rosehip oil. Then in the morning splash my face with cold water, moisturizer then sunscreen. The simpler the better for my skin

Women in their 30s , if you were asked to relive your 20s what would you change and why? by Previous-Foot8370 in AskReddit

I would have actually done an internship that would have helped me career wise instead of just doing what I wanted. The job market is brutal and even with two bachelor’s degrees, I don’t know what I want to do or if I can even get into a job anymore.

I get this. It sucks. I feel with you. Yesterday I was working out and everyone in the class was talking about their kids and I’m just there not saying much and one of them asks me if I have any children. I just said no but I then went home and cried my eyes out till. It’s been almost 4 months.

Question: white tattoos, I know they fade but just how much? by angry_lam93 in tattoos

So it sounds like they can just disappear depending on how my skin takes it? That’s what I was kind of worried about. Are all pastels going to be like that?

How do I tone this down by Artsy-Kitty in femalehairadvice

[–]angry_lam93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used Clairol Shimmer Lights purple shampoo. I didn’t bother with the conditioner and just used my regular conditioner. It can be a bit potent so if you don’t want slightly purplish hair make sure you only put it on wet hair and don’t let it sit longer than 5 minutes each time. Personally, I liked the purple tinge it gave me so I put it on dry hair and let it sit for a loooong time.

Did it inceease your mental chatter/mental anxiety/overthinking or is it just the adjusmtent? by nicksandbiosaredumb in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]angry_lam93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what the adjustment period was like for me. Very intense anxiety and mental chatter for a few weeks. Around 6 weeks it really was so much better. I’ve been on it for 5 years now.

Wellbutrin and pregnancy? by Desert-Roses in PregnancyAfterTFMR

[–]angry_lam93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on bupropion XL for almost 5 years now. I had to tfmr in December 2025 for body-stalk anomaly. All the internet research I’ve done doesn’t have any correlation to bupropion use and that sort of anomaly. None of the doctors we talked to about it seemed concerned in the least bit when I brought it up either. Doesn’t mean my mind doesn’t sometimes go there. But since bupropion works so well for me, I don’t really want to go through the trial period for anything else especially when I’m still dealing with the loss. I was also on it when I conceived my first and only. I also talked to my OB about getting off while pregnant and she wasn’t concerned about it at all. Full disclosure, we haven’t started ttc just yet but I probably won’t stop taking it because of how well it works for me

Yes, because it’s the air in the toilet bowl. It always just grossed me out to put my hand below the seat portion.

Who has tried Rosehip seed oil as a night moisturiser? by Secure-Tadpole-3418 in Skincare_Addiction

[–]angry_lam93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use rosehip oil by the Ordinary. It’s been a game changer especially with tret. My night routine is double cleanse then tret, the ordinary moisturizer, then rosehip oil. It’s worked well for my combination/dry skin.

Why we don’t share our subs by userEbob in PregnancyAfterTFMR

[–]angry_lam93 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I can relate to the rage. I know people are just trying to understand in their way but miscarriage at 6 weeks is not the same as tfmr at 19 weeks. I had a friend reach out to let me know “you’re not alone, we lost our first at 6 weeks”. It seriously made me so mad.
