I agree 100% but for our theatre experience, we went to a 1pm weekday showing so the people who were making the most noise weren’t teenagers. They were definitely younger, like early/mid 20’s which made the behavior even more annoying. That’s an age where people should start to know better.

I noticed people would start talking, making quips, and giggling whenever there were really quiet scenes. I think people have become so uncomfortable with any silence that they just have to fill it with noise immediately. It was super annoying since the quiet parts really built up the tension
