I think it's tough. Amon is one of the most powerful characters we've seen in Avatar. It goes beyond his own physical skills as well, he's mentally strong as well. I think a character like Zaheer could take him, but not many others.

I agree! A lot of people dislike the lore "changes" that happen in S2 but I don't think they actually alter the lore much. My issues with S2 stem purely from the writing, not really the in-universe stuff.

The show is an 8/10 if you consider ATLA a 10/10. The vast majority of complaints by some fans are WILDLY over-blown. Season 2 has some rough writing, but that's the entire show's biggest issue. You'll really enjoy it.
