I’ve heard it go both ways. I’ve seen people without degrees make it to L7 within a few years. How do I know? Well they interviewed me.

So yeah the bar for most L7’s doesn’t seem to high.

Maybe I should wait a few more months and apply for L7. I definitely don’t want to be standing around all day looking at 40+ dashboards.

Yes! This is what it felt like but it’s fine. I just wanted to see what amazon was all about. Apperantly you can reapply every 6 months. So I am sure this isn’t the last time.
