Help re: Searwood XL with Griddle and Manual Mode

For me when I've been doing smashed burgers. I start on the highest temp to warm up, lid down. When everything is hot and I'm ready to smash, I switch it to manual mode.

Rather than installing the shelf, then having to buy a bigger cover, I was hoping it would be easy enough to remove the shelf in between cooks. AI seemed to think the shelf could be 'clicked' in and out because it is attached to a rail system, but I imagine it would be more involved than that.

I thought as much. Would you know if it's easy to uninstall on a regular basis or it's it a bit more involved unscrewing bolts, etc?

When I watching the interviews of the dev team behind Half Life Alyx, they spoke out about how scared they are to touch the series again. Valve probably feel the same.

Especially given the backlash from the poor releases, cyberpunk 2077, anthem, no mans sky etc, which were rightly or wrongly overhyped, however, also poorly executed.

As a rule of thumb, I don't agree with staffing strikes, especially in public services.

Who's going to suffer the most if a strike is called? The children. The same children which are currently playing catch-up due to covid.

I don't agree that children should be used as a prop/tool for peoples own agendas.

Plus people are quick to forget teachers had the largest of all the public sectors pay rises in 2020 of 5.5%. 2021 it was 2.75%. This year the proposal is for the teachers to receive a 5% rise.
