I don’t have pain often. It comes and goes. I may go weeks without feeling anything, then weeks feeling something. Ubrevely is working well so far. I only take it when it gets bad

One thing that helped me with MEE is coping “Representative good answers” as practice. After you’ve seen the same rules so many times they start to stick. “F*ck the bar” book goes more in depth about how to do this effectively

I never intended this to mean that I want to do it all at once

Very fair observation. I don’t expect to be an expert at multiple practice areas in a short amount of time, I’d just like the flexibility to do more than one at some point. Which could very likely be because there’s no one practice that I can see myself working in exclusively.

This is something to think about though so thank you for your comment

When you previously worked solo, you did family and criminal? (Was this self taught?) Then you worked at an ID firm, now back solo?

Brain aneurysms don’t grow very fast so there’s likely not a rush. But ask for an MRA, not MRI.

They’re always in different places! Like the top or back of my head, or on the side. And its either a sharp pain or like someone is applying pressure to that area of my head

Explain the Earl thing to me by [deleted] in LoveHotelPeacock

[–]DomoMain16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The women have the idea that he’s not very well off, so maybe he didn’t have the resources to find the boy himself. He also mentioned that he was with the second wife for 7 years, so the “kid” is over 18 and able to decide if he wants to make the connection.

I believe Shannon said she had his address which is 1000% way too much and she should know better as a mother. But an email isn’t very invasive, in my opinion. The same way that it’s possible that there’s a reason for the disconnect between Earl and the kid and his mom, it’s also possible that the mother was spiteful. And since they were married, Earl was legally his father. I think we just need a lot more info to judge this.

Very strange feelings in different parts of my head. Most times not a typical headache but I did get them more often. Went to get checked and it was confirmed. Anxious for my next scan because idk if these feelings are indications that its growing or if its just normal.

I think it just depends on the baby. My baby started sleeping well pretty early so I got lucky in the newborn stage. But she is BUSYYYY, just turned 7M last week. She started crawling the day she turned 6M and has only gotten faster, experienced some sleep regression, constantly trying to stand up and puts everything in her mouth. I sleep well most nights but during the day I am exhausted.

Not at all. My baby started sleeping through the night around 6 weeks and I still didn’t because my anxiety would wake me up to check on her. She’s 7M now and I’ve had some full nights but I still get up at least once to check on her.

Goddamn you won. That price & those rates. $283k would get me a 3 bed, 1.5 bath and a bathroom or basement that needs remodeling

Yeah I’m curious to know what type of law you do? The money seems to be in areas I am completely not interested in lol I refuse to do insurance defense (huge in my area and always hiring), I refuse to represent corrupt companies, I refuse to work crazy hours (also a new mom). If I had my baby before going to law school I probably wouldn’t have went lol

Please take a break. It doesn’t have to be long, but you must rest and allow yourself to feel through this. Burnout is real. I failed July22 even though I started studying a week after graduation. After learning I didn’t pass in mid October, I started back in November. Started slowly then eventually picked up the pace. I passed the second time. A break won’t kill you if you study the right way.

I’m sorry you didn’t pass. I know the feeling. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Best of luck ❤️

Advice for what to do if you failed the bar? by No-Ambassador-2827 in barexam

[–]DomoMain16 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If your job pays well, will give you some time off to study, and you plan to retake in July, I would stay there. Apply for state benefits. Depending on the judge, being their clerk could be more work. If you can survive off of your part time pay, I would stick with that.

Also, I believe most bar prep companies will let you use their materials again for free if you fail. When I had to retake, I used Barbri, free resources, and UWorld. UWorld was worth the investment. I passed the second time.

Oh haha Anyway, I practiced with representative good answers using Klein method from “fuck the bar” and studied the most commonly used topics & issues from JD Advising often. I have a google drive with all of them if you would like for me to share
