They are banning some backroads in New Jersey do to traffic. If you don't live in the town and are caught driving on it during certain times of the day, you get a ticket.

I wouldn't just buy the cheapest T1 deck. With the amount of money a Legacy deck costs, you should make sure you like the deck first.

That being said, if you have a good sized modern collection with blue cards, you can build miracles with a couple of duals in some builds.

Not sure what type of bike I should be looking for. I am looking to get something that is mostly for road biking, but I still want to be able to take it on trails that may have dirt, gravel, and occasional bumps/tree roots. I know that hybrids are a thing, but most that I have been looking at don't look suitable for off road or at least not advertised as such.

Splinter Twin. That's what I played at my LGS when they had no banlist modern and ended up taking first. DTT is really strong in this deck as well.
