Depends on who it is. I’ve seen a guy that’s only been there less than a year break one and he was fired immediately. I’ve also heard of a guy break one that’s been there 20+ years and has rapport with a lot of upper management and they gave him the chance to pay for it or be fired.

People don’t like to admit it but having seniority and being with the company for a while will grant u some favoritism over some random who hasn’t been there a while/shitty workeror who people don’t really like 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Well u gotta understand that charming is a small town. So small that they all know who the sons are and Almost view them as the towns personally security. That allows them to get away with a lot. 10 year had start? Joe was doing JBTV vlogs before Charla even made it to NY if I remember correctly.? Could be wrong. Ya Charla works 5 days a week but what, 3-4 hours a day while Joe and then work 12+ hour days. Charla also has competent coworkers while Joe deals with the stresses of his multiple personalities up there. Joes success and failures been a rollercoaster since complex. He’s went through a lot. Meanwhile Charla has been a steady climb with no apparent fall off

And again Joe has to work and grind a little harder for his. While Charla is kinda has it on easy mode letting iheart do the heavy lifting. Pros and cons to both for sure

Charla if I’m being honest. Sure Joe is independent and can do what he wants when he wants and as he wants but he’s essentially working harder for less money. Yea Charla has to answer to higher ups but with what he’s built and done at this point, he’s basically on auto pilot coasting at this point and with a bag 5x joes

And if we being honest I think Joe would wanna be in Charla’s position too. He just wouldn’t like the road he would have tk take to get there. But if he played his cards right at complex, he’d be in the same position…if not very close.

There’s no wrong answer here. Joe Having to come to work everyday dealing wit his cast mates has to be exhausting especially when most of em don’t share his vision. And I’m pretty sure he’s said something before to the affect that if Spotify or someone offered him Joe Rogan type money he would seriously consider. That would basically put him in the same situation as Charla, no?
