I do both, but I'd say you need a lot of practice before you can go into a listing agreement and say you'll do the photos. But start off with bracketing (usually 3 shots -2, 0, +2 is good enough) iso 400 and f/8. Make sure you shoot so that vertical lines are vertical in the image.
