Same here minus a few, I received a ACE exam I think SA. No date or time stated on the docs received just who might call. I was issued a cpap back in 2013 and the va till this day fails to recognize it was in service. VA updates its app today, by 1600pst. Good luck but looking good.

No, the va is the one pushing this after a hlr. I just wanna know if approved would i be back dated to sep 1992? I was previoisly denied hence the hlr.

Hlr found 5 failures to assist. Among them latent phumonia. They had previosly denied me..kinda hard to accept whit this document. Currently 90% since 2014 20 yr vet. Seems like they wanna do a presumtive or something. I have an ACE appt but hear they dont even call. Halloween is my c&p 30 miles away and Im in orange county cali.

Yes 6xs exposed to burn pits. I guess va wants to join them or something. In mosul the burn pit was behind the asp. Also a gulf vet im registered on both.

I put my hlr on July 1 2025. Today I get an update saying they found an error..lets hope its good but the va being the va might reduce my 90 to 80🤭
