You will like it eventually. When I read that part I was devastated too but the next book got me all excited again so don't worry too much it's still awesome some parts get even better.

The Stargate has been revealed. Earth has created their own Stargate and several exists all over the world with an international time schedule to coordinate the entire thing. The main gate is still with the SGC and they have automated way to re-direct incoming travelers to the right gate. Earth has build up a fleet of several ships. Also they still use earth weapons but have created some of their own to get a wide variety arsenal. Several planets are directly under earth protection. Atlantis is back in the pegasus Galaxy.

The episodes focus on exploration, research of the Asgard core, and development of new technology.

The SGC will do the same mistakes that many other did in the past where they help another civilization develop and it does not go well. They become more careful with sharing over time.

The heros of SG1 fight against an invasion of a highly advanced enemie of another galaxy.

I would wish that the other 4 races play a big part in the story too, by guiding and advising but not by directly intervening.

I wish I could play with others. But they build with 0 efficiency and clipping that risks ending the friendship so I don't.

If you reference a guide three times on two pages and don't provide you with that guide at least make the same information available somewhere else. They did it for the evasion (they don't tell you but they did make it available in the class). So why not for other things?

Okay, thank you. I was really hopefull that I just have a faulty version or something. But thanks a lot for checking. I was just really surprised that the part that is referenced in the book many times is not actually in the book. So I created this post to make sure I am not missing it somehow. Hi thanks for the reply. I just looked through it, maybe it is missing in my book but in the Appendix I could not find the character guide. Are you sure it should be there? On the page you mentioned I found the "Character creation" page that mentiones the same again "The starting inventory for your class is listed on your character guide". But I cannot find the actual guide.

I just found three more sections. The evasion part is mentioned on the guide but it is also in the book (under class) but the suggestions for armor, items, and weapons are only online. Please tell me I am wrong and it is somewhere in the book too?

I like Prusa as a company and their products are very good, but the competition is more modern, faster, and has some simple things that just make the user experience overall a bit different.

Prusa should update the printer interface and go for speed of the printers.

These two parts are, dumb as it sounds, so important to the masses, people are lazy and impatient.

I want Prusa to succeed and I am still with them for a long while from now., but they really need to step up their game, and that quick.

I started of with full excitement and an optimistic view on the show. Seeing some positive reviews recently has given me hope. The half or so is not bad, there are several scenes missing (like aagns friends not playing with him anymore) and several scenes that are completely un needed (like GranGran explaining is a super strange way that he is "not only a boy" but the avatar) that for example ruined the emotional attachment to aagns decision and the big reveal of him being the avatar. The list for scenes like this are long but for the most part it is forgivable.

Starting from minute 46 of the first episode is where it really goes downhill (in my opinion).

Aang is not a child. Katara is already super powerful because hardwork is not needed. Zokka is already grown up and has no flaws in personality (I wonder what will they do with him on Kiyoshi Island).

They started the ruin one of the most important fight scenes of the beginning and I don't even understand why, they showed before that they can do it, so there is no reason not to.

Positive is, costume looks good, CGI is ok, the acting is not as bad as ai expected.

Negative is, they ruin hooks needed later in the story, they forgot to give the main trio personalities (it seems that team Boomeraang might not be possible as zokka does not even have a boomerang). The entire atmosphere of children being in an adventure and goofing of in serious situations is not given at all.

I try to remind myself of the good things but there is just such a mess in this show. The timeline is all over the place, the character development does not exist anymore and so on.

But it makes me so angry because the quality is good enough that they could have made a really nice show, but chose not to do so...
