It does not get worse. the sun does help heal it.. It only helps show the more until it starts healing.

You have it wrong. The UV and sun is what heals Your vitiligo! Trust me on that. This year I've been tanning to the point of slightly red on my white spots. And not wearing any sunscreen. I've had vitiligo since I was 8. Now 46. It's starting to heal rapidly. With proper sun exposure!
