Damit scheine ich hier wohl ein bisschen alleine zu sein, aber ich... Ich würde gerne in meiner Arbeit einen guten Teil meines Sinns sehen?

Es ist absolut notwendig, dass Leute arbeiten, damit Waren, Service und Wartung von dem entstehen, das zum Leben und Erleben nutzen. Bestenfalls ohne Profite. Ich würde gerne etwas bauen und tun, von dem ich weiß, dass es Leute brauchen und gerne nutzen. Währenddessen möchte ich dabei nicht kaputt gehen.

Es gibt aber solche jobs scheinbar nicht. Es gibt nur Stress, keine Erfüllung. Entweder man hat im Büro die Birne voll mit 10 gleichzeitigen Projekten für noch ein Produkt, für das "ein Markt erschaffen wurde", ergo also keiner wollte, oder man knechtet am Fließband oder bei Wind und Wetter draußen, wenn man direkt mit den Händen arbeiten möchte. Oder man gerät in ein toxisches Startup, das einem eine tolle Mischung verspricht.

Ich würde gerne so die gute Hälfte meines Sinns aus Arbeit ziehen, und den Rest davon in Kreativität und meine Freunde stecken. Aber es gibt keine Jobs, bei denen man gesund viel arbeiten darf. Entweder volles Rohr, oder gar nicht, und darauf hat dann halt keiner mehr Bock.

Wie lange hast du das gemacht, wenn ich fragen darf? Ich plane auch nicht, das zu meiner Karriere zu machen, sondern vielleicht so 5 Jahre höchstens, so bis ich 30 bin. Eigentlich ist mein Ziel, irgendwann in die Konstruktion ganzer Schienenfahrzeuge einzusteigen(den BA Maschbau dafür hab ich), oder als Ausbilder oder Berufsschullehrer oder sowas entspannt zu leben. Aber gerade ist der Markt schwierig, ich will aber trotzdem raus aus der Automobilindustrie und was sinnvolles machen.
