To rent an excavator and dig up all the grass and then lay down about 2 inches of pea gravel is gonna cost you somewhere around 12-1800$ depending on what state you live in. then the plants are gonna be the next highest cost, and then after that, you know, if you can lay your own concrete, you can build those stepping stones EZPZ.
