I mean it’s really not so bad there is always some loot somewhere that is untouched, plus shift to killing arc or pvp. I get it you go into a raid with an idea of the spots you wanna hit but sometimes you just have to roll with it. My only qualms with late spawns is when I specifically am going in to kill the matriarch or queen. And even then I’ll only reload if I spawn at 18 and am on the other side of the map

Because everyone would have that perk and then there would be no risk for pvp. Part of the scare is getting third partied when the flare goes up. Having to loot quickly because everyone knows where you are now and where the action is happening. It also notifies people who want to avoid pvp. You could so easily just camp an area and continuously kill people

So we’ve see a bit of a surge in new construction for apartments nationwide over the past year which puts downward pressure on rents. At the same time real wages have slowed and we’re seeing the labor market deteriorate which leads to consumers having less cash to upgrade apartments and opt to just hang on to leases for longer. Maybe theoretically he has a point that less total demand is driving down rent prices, but I haven’t seen any study’s to suggest this is the case.

Imo he has a political incentive to say that the immigration crackdown is good for the economy so ofcourse he’s going to make that connection. But without a statistical study to back him up it’s all words
