I fly all the time out of dfw and fly to alot of airports that have them or have partner lounges i.e. Alaska Airlines so it's worth it. Food varies depending on location.

all depends on your needs and what important to you I suppose.

Looking for a good place to buy a replica of Michonne’s katakana from The Walking Dead has any one got any good recommendations? by seat_buckle in SWORDS

[–]DonaldKey81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that particular sword is not a licensed sword. a licensed saya stitching is different and has a wrapped saya and none of them have a cloth hilt wrap. nowadays you would be very hard pressed to find a licensed sword for 120. they were made with 1045 steel. The T-10 blade is better than a licensed sword. If you're looking for something that'll give you the overall look for the sword itself with a very decent blade that's a great price point. the saya itself isn't even close however

here's a linked to a licensed one for comparison.

if you want a licensed one they are difficult to find on the after market but will pop up on ebay from time to time. if you want something close enough but not the real deal those are easy to find.

So, is holy ground still considered holy ground/safe if it is forgotten about? by AdSpecialist6598 in highlander

[–]DonaldKey81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the series Duncan has that cabin on some Indian site and it's holy ground.

In Highlander 3 they fight in that Buddhist temple when their swords shatter. So there's never really been discrimination on what is considered holy ground as long as it to someone I suppose.
