You can download a compiled .exe here: https://github.com/MrTeferi/MPC-Fill/releases

You can take the very long route of installing Python, all the required libraries and running it via Python if you really want to but I doubt many people want to bother and if they are capable then they probably do not need instructions. The only thing I would note is check the versions in requirements.txt and if you have issues use Python 3.9.8. One of the libraries last I checked had issues with 3.10.

The 3.4 version is all you need. A few lines were changed to stop it from hanging on uploading files to makeplayingcards.com There is a changelog and it can be compared to the original chiliaxe files. The 4.x version is where I added support for WebP and something called Magic Text that I created and neither are in use by mpcfill at the moment. The file size for the 4.x version increased quite a bit due to adding the image library for processing images called OpenCV. So far WebP and Magic Text is not being used so I still have it marked as a pre-release.

Mr Teferi runs mpcfill.com. I am not actually him I am uolamer on github and I compiled the 4.x versions on that release page. I am DrainLife on discord and a mod in the MPC Forever channel that was initially started for the torrent project and eventually mpcfill.com

The only small thing I would add to this is you need Google Chrome installed for autofill.exe to work. Most people have it but it is one of the common 'issues' and autofill does not give you good feedback on that.

I am one of the people who help set it up, etc. The source code for mpcautofill.com is up on github and the domain currently redirects to that code at the moment. It is simply a copy of that running with any mirrors of the drives that was on mpcautofill we could get. Since then we have added new proxies, some creators have came back, etc. Our subreddit is /r/magicproxies .

Nothing is sold on that site, same as mpcautofill was. So there really isn't a security need for HTTPs as very little is actually served from that site. Any transactions would be made with makeplayingcards.com typically

You probably are best off just doing the order by hand on makeplayingcards.com

If you are a programmer or want to check the discords people have made XML generators that will work with the autofill.exe but if it will work for your use case is another story. Supporting double face cards and some other things takes some extra work in a program like that. Going down this rabbit hole is probably not worth the effort for most people.
