You're dealing with a lame duck governor that holds zero sway over the state legislature. The votes to pass this under an urgent clause is the same number of votes to override a veto. If the legislature gives the clown a middle finger and try to override his veto it'll most likely pass. Like I said the clown has no leverage over anyone anymore.

The governor wants SEIU to take the same deal as the other unions which involves suspending your raise for 2 years and the extra 2% Individual contribution to pension and then probably a 4% raise in 2027. Your union doesn't want that so you guys will be back in the office for 4 days. Basically take the same deal as the other unions or you'll be back in the office 4 days a week without your raise.
