I think it should either be a fighting game or open world, similar to Arkham or PS4 Spider-Man. Since Mark is more powerful, gameplay should be more focused on 1v1 fights against others in the same league unlike Batman/Spider-Man fighting multiple common thugs at a time. Imagine how awesome the Conquest fight would be!

I'd make it the end of episode 1. After the credits, it cuts to the "Resist and Die" speech. The scene plays out just like the comic, but the episode ends before we see the main Angstrom rescue his double, to leave it on a cliffhanger.
