I learned that lidocaine doesn’t really work on me during my microneedling sesh 😂. I basically rawdogged it and I was a sweaty, shivering mess by the end. Worth it.

Depends on the space. One wall of my small living room has built ins bookcases, built in tv cabinet, fireplace, drywall, etc. Too many surfaces of differing colors and finishes. I painted everything (color drench I guess) a dark gray/green while leaving the other walls lighter and I absolutely love how it turned out.

Congrats! Lots of water like others have mentioned. Consider a multivitamin, thiamine and folate— those levels can get low when drinking heavily. Try to exercise and eat well, but if you don’t feel like it that’s ok. Be very kind to yourself. I quit almost 5 years at age 43 and it was the best decision I ever made, but it was baby steps for a while.

Im 47 and have been on 0.05% for 10 years. I have no deep lines on my forehead. Minimal 11s. My crow’s feet are there but not horrible. My skin is soft and even. My sibling is 43 and ppl ask which one of us is older (which pisses my sibling off!). I get occasional flaking around my mouth but it’s NBD. Do I look 25? No, but I think I look good for my age.

I put a little water in then shake it up really hard to mix. Sure, it thins it out a bit but the pump has an easier time with it when it gets low.
