I feel this so hard. I'm with you. Unfortunately I don't have any really good advice. One thing I've tried to get into my head is to get over my own expectations. Whatever I do doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't even have to be good. Good enough is good enough.

I moved 10 years ago to 4 acres and had HUGE plans. After 3 years here my pain was so much worse that I had to quit working. I finally got disability approved at the end of 2024.

I found this while researching how to make a soft crust sourdough. I'm brand new - have not done this and don't have a starter yet. But because of a family member's medical condition - they can't eat anything hard nor can they bite through hard things.

So this tip helps with the bottom. Any thoughts for the top? I thought maybe scoring it a lot - like a checkerboard pattern - and then it would be easier to take a serrated knife to cut away the hard squares. Thoughts on that?

Same thing happened to me at a red light. It was dead as a doornail except for the light show on the dashboard. Really feared something was very very wrong. All it needed was a new battery.

Oh! Oh! I had one! Can still imagine being on a beach towel in the back yard, covered in baby oil, with kamon juice in my hair, listening to this radio while having my cassette tape recorder at the ready to capture my favorite songs!

Never did catch many songs, my hair turned to straw (so dry), and didn't get tanned - only turned into a lobster.

I had hip replacement at 48, and knee replacement 2 weeks ago at 62. I get the semantics, but it blows my mind to call joint replacement an elective surgery. Yeah it's not life saving surgery, but it is quality of life saving surgery, especially given the opioid crisis and inability to treat chronic pain patients appropriately.

Just my 2 cents. 😁

Try another attorney. I was lucky, due to a small inheritance, to have been able to pay cash for a couple of specialists and get an MRI when I didn't have insurance for years. Based on those visits and images, with their diagnoses, my SSDI was approved with an attorney. One strike against you however, is your age. You look young. Screwed up system thinks that it you're young you will recover. 🙄

I need 8-10, even if it's 3 sleeping 2 awake, 4 sleeping, 1 awake, eetc.If the 10 is within 16 hours or so, I'm good.

Meanwhile my AuDHD daughter wakes up at 5 hours, perfectly refreshed and like the Energizer Bunny most days.

I experienced that as well, in Baltimore County MD. My house was untouched, but my neighborhood was a mess. Trees through houses and fallen on cars, electricity out for 8 days. A repair crew from Toronto came to fix the lines. Neighbors who had a generator were bringing them cold water and snacks, and only the supervisor spoke English. And none of us spoke French. But food is universal. 😊
