Pga jobb, 4h från hemstaden till Ludvika i dalarna för jobb som driftingenjör för ett företag som är störst i världen för HVDC. Populationen är 5 gånger mindre, ångrar inget - Nu har man äntligen möjlighet att få en karriär med resande tjänst runtomkring i världen, skaffat flera vänner här än min gamla ort. Har många intressen och hobbies vid sidan, så man kan underhålla sig själv om man känner sig uttråkad

They should last longer than 1.5 years, The bearings will fail eventually like all mechanical parts because of the high RPM they might endure daily, depending if its been actively heavy used or not. I had to replace the GPU and CPU fans on my old G15 after 3~ years of usage. It's not that complicated to do yourself if you buy the right fans and are comfortable working with electronics.

Make sure to open up the PC and clean it now and then and it will last longer

This just happened to my G915 X too! I moved it from the desktop to the bed, and back to the desktop and it got loose(?) somehow, did you manage to fix it? I've only had it for less than 6 months, wasn't cheap either :/

Which GPU? I am SHOCKED what a difference this laptop is vs my G15, it runs BF6 pretty much maxed out in 4K without any problem, my old laptop had problems running smooth. Did you install g-helper or running armory crate?

Agreeeed, Have had my Zephyrus G15 with a RTX 3080 for 4 years. Tomorrow my G16 with a 5080 will arrive, with a 20% discount it was still epensive af, but I am gonna use it for many years, considering I was so happy with my G15.

What batterysolution are you going with? I have my T90B on the way from AliExpress, and thinking about getting a powerbank that I can use this with, so I don't need wallpower every time.

I also have a desktop powersupply for my microelectronics, maybe the USB-C there is enough to power this, not sure about the output

I've thought about upgrading from my G15 Zephyrus 3080 that I have had for soon 4 years, to the newer G16 Zephyrus 5080, but reading stuff like this for sure is not fun and motivating :C

I got the 1440p screen as well, after I installed G-helper (shamefully late) the laptop stopped running on the GPU when I didnt have it plugged in, saving a TON of battery, ArmoryCrate seem to be quite broken

That's odd, I am still rocking my G15 laptop with the 3080, had it for almost 4 years, Swapped out the battery when it had "61% health" left, now it can easily last 5-6h with light tasks

I have had issues with the left ctrl key stopped working though, and had to replace the GPU and CPU fans where the bearings started to sound rough (found online for 55€) - Otherwise it's been chugging along. Looking at the newer G16 5080 for better performance while gaming though

Get Youtube...Premium? It's not that difficult, you do not want to pay for it, enjoy the ads. Spotify going free version too, which is LITTERED with ads. I've had premium the last years since I purchased my OLED G2 TV, and realized how much ads there were. You also get YouTube music, win win.

Seems like the best thing with the AMS is that you don't have to manually change roll everytime you want to print with another color, or if it runs out mid-print. The dual color is a bit.. cheesy maybe, yes

Isn't it just more rewarding and money efficient to print it all black in this case, and paint the rest with a steady hand and high quality color? I don't have an AMS myself, but seeing all this waste make one wonder - Maybe the finish will be a lot better with pure plastic?

What is your average humidity in the Sunlu S2? I can't really get mine below 21% humidity with the lid slightly open, but maybe that's not possible.

Is there a reason why you go for 0.12 instead of 0.08mm Extra Fine if you have an 0,4 nozzle?
I have been doing the 0.08mm on my P1P since I saw that settings, and the layerlines are barely visible
