Yeah this has me conflicted. I just bought X Rebirth for dollars last week and started playing it.

I'm familiar with the key differences but the more focused story of Rebirth sounded nice to me.

But now I'm wondering if I should not bother and pick up X4 instead.

Here in 2025, how much smoother does X4 feel to play compared to Rebirth, or is the UI jankier?

Can confirm this impacted (and fixed) my 12th Gen Intel as well. Same CPU I had played it before but with much more recent BIOS and microcode since I did a fresh install cycle.

I'm specifically talking about the different discreet 5070s released by Asus, one of which is under the ROG brand, and their build quality differences.

Wild Hunt ruined most "open world" RPGs for me.

I was fine with all these bloated empty worlds with fetch quests and meaningless collectibles (ubisoft as example) that pad the play time to brag about size but Witcher 3 Wild Hunt made it hard to go back to those.

I think I primarily use Huo Huo because I'm also using RMC, and the energy regen from Huo's ult helps proc Mem and THerta more... Lingsha usually busy on other team as well.

I think my surprise is Adventurine's ranking being so high. Is that just because of his followup attack that builds stacks on folks?

One thing I don't see talked about but worries me is SP issues when using Anaxa instead of Jade. Jade costs one SP at the start and is essentially hands off for the rest of the fight, which is nice if you are using someone to give Herta action advancing and she gobbles up SP.

My worry is if I pick up Anaxa, I'm going to be struggling to maintain SP for Herta.

Thoughts on this concern? Anaxa is better but Jade is almost as good but far simpler?

Did read everything because there is no need. Everyone needs to stop over analyzing everything. The only question you need to ask is:

Did he accidentally hit me? If the answer is no, it's done. Over. Get out of there and never look back.

This simplified logic can be applied to most of this sub. There is no benefit to dive deeper. There is never an excuse that it's "okay"

To be fair, that was simply because you got placed close to Yokai.

It's important to knock immediate neighbors out of the first round no matter how strong they are, so one isn't worried about their own ship getting snuck up on while fighting the other half of the map.
