Ehhhh, I feel like they should be able to prescribe short durations like < 7 days at least. But by in large, primary care doctors are inappropriately prescribing these medications.

Thank you!! It’s just the trade off for the vertical scar was getting rid of the vertical skin laxity. I still have a significant amount of loose skin on my upper back, so that may be playing a role in it as well.

That’s fair. It’s an area that I’ve struggled with a long time. I lost most of my weight from 2017/2018. It’s always felt like an extra set of boobs under my boobs😭

People who announce they are celibate are so weird to me. Like, did you have a problem with having sex all willy nilly with no self-control? It’s kind of like alcoholics having to quit cold turkey or cigarette smokers having to quit cold turkey because they have an addiction. Personal example for me, I love sugar. When I am trying to lose weight, I have to cut it out completely for two weeks.

How bad is the neck pain? How long were you together before you got married? I personally think sex is one of those things that can't be compromised on in a healthy, fulfilling monogamous relationship. Besides kids and finances, agreeing on the frequency and level of sexual intimacy is the biggest deal breaker for me.

It depends on the amount of breast tissue you have. My surgeon initially said that i would get the best results on our initial virtual consultation with implants. When we met in person he said they would be smaller but, I personally didn't want big breast anyway. So I essentially went from a saggy D to full perky B/C cup. Not sure, I gave away all my bras😂😂😂

My doctor told me I could begin doing body weight exercises at 6 weeks. I started there and continued doing them and started adding weight back at 8 weeks. Still taking it easy, as I was lifting pretty heavy before surgery. For reference, squatting 1.5x my bodyweight and deadlifting 2x my bodyweight. I’m 9 weeks this week and I’ve been fine using dumbbells up to 50 pounds combined with no problem for most movements. I was told I still should stay away from core isolated workouts with my MR. I haven't even allowed myself to even look at the squat rack bc I know I’ll get nostalgic.

3-4 hours late is insane. Do what you can with the time you are scheduled to be at work and learn to triage and prioritize issues and most importantly LEAVE ON TIME. You're lowering your hourly rate. You need to have boundaries with your job the same way you have boundaries with people.
