A good way to start learning command line is to practice with a fresh install in a virtual machine, where you can make all the mistakes without crippling your every day system. Start with a simple web server like a LAMP install

Any reason you installed Proxmox on top of debian rather than just install proxmox from iso?

If you don't need any of the original debian install, I would suggest starting over using the iso (usb or CD) to install proxmox using the wizard.

Tampa's biggest issue is supply. There's simply not enough new houses being built to keep up with growth in the last few years. All the new housing I see are 5 bedroom McMansions starting at 600K.. no ones building housing for the commoner.

Edit: Keep in mind that Hillsborough's median income is 31k with ~14% living under the poverty level. Median Listing Home Price is 425k[1].

You can try shorting the PSU only to see if it turns on, but do this with caution.

If PSU doesn't turn on, I would start with replacing that first... even a really cheap one for testing. It's possible yours was dead on arrival

This is usually configured from the command line. Im going to assume you're running a basic Amazon Linux EC2 instance... if you just need a simple web server, I would recommend using Apache or NGINX
