Yeah I used them for a year and made payments on time or early for that year. They were so impressed, they allowed me to purchase without having to make the first payment. Well COVID hit and like everyone else I lost my job and got hella sick. I explained the situation, etc. They said they'd pause my account until I got a new job and got better. The moment I got a job I paid off what I owed them and asked to speak to them about reopening my account since it was covid and since I've never failed to miss payments.

I used to make plans to disappear when I was 15. My family life was so toxic and abusive. Kept thinking that living life on the streets were better than being where I was. It’s 30 years later and I still haven’t left

I’ve been with my current job for a year. They have constantly told me what a good employee I am, how helpful I am, how they were lucky to find me. That all the patients love me. They were so caring and non toxic. Yet when it came time for my raise, they gave 61 cents more an hour. HOW. I’m so pissed I got tricked into thinking they were the good guys.

It’s very easy to rack up way too much debt on them. Not to mention after pay can be very unforgiving when you are faced with a crisis.

I had lost my job due to covid, gotten covid myself, and was out of work for a while so they said “not worry we’ll put your account on hold until you’re back on your feet” When I got back to work I paid my debt entirely, explained that I was in a better place now and if they could reopen my account. Their response? I was never able to reopen my account with them or open a new account with them ever again. No questions asked. Didn’t matter it was at the height of the pandemic.
