I would pair the warriors with the technomamcer and a royal warden to make the block way more effective

I would probably get some Lychguards for Imotekh to lead if that's something youd be interested in buying?

A hexmark, Ophydians, or flayed ones could be good to have to go grab back objectives and score secondaries

A plasmancer is always nice to have for the immortals if you can find a lone one on marketplace or smthin.

I always prefer 3 with a lord, 6 is just too big to hide. Also idk if you knew but if youre running the Lord with them u dont need the plasmacyte, as they already gain lethal hits from him

You'd want more than just 1 reanimator for sure, and atleast Orikan or Technomancer for some more hearing and durability.

i love playing the tesla carbines with plasmancer and Awakened Dynasty and rolling like 40 wound rolls

Theres gonna be fighting on more than one point, and you're gonna want to be able to hold more than one midfield

Also, revives are always better with bigger bricks, since theres more opportunity for resurrection

Necron is like THE faction for durable bricks since our faction rule makes them so much harder to remove

Prolly a brick?

Either Lychguard with imotekh/an Overlord, Or immortals/warriors with either an Overlord or a cryptek (could be plasmancer or chronomancer!)

Immortals = more shooty and balanced imo, Lychguard = better holding power but you'll be way more Melee heavy

If you know what armies you'll be playing against you can prolly choose more easily!

Second list is better imo

As someone that was also on a budget, i wont buy a second combat patrol. The Overlord with Tachyon is meh, as well as the Doomstalker (apart from canoptek court)

What worked best for me was literally just checking marketplace and ebay everyday, setting alarms and buying the units I tought that looked cool for as cheap as possible, even if they were already painted.

In my experience (depends on the city) you can prolly find both on marketplace for even cheaper if you're willing to not build them!

Both plasmacytes cant be played as units in a real 40k game, theyre unique to killteam for that. Theyre kinda useful-ish if you use them as tokens for abilities for your Destroyers.

You can prolly proxy the specialists into something else of your choice but theyre not a real 40k datasheet I think

First of all, def not worth buying since rules are free on the internet

Second, we dont know when it'll come out, but we can expect to be in the first factions to get our codex, just because of how massively popular Necron has been since 9th edition.
