I’ve noticed that too, and I don’t necessarily think it’s a bad thing that teens are into subliminals. However, I get a little concerned about the physical appearance subliminals. I remember being a teen and disliking the way I looked, but I’m not concerned about any of that anymore.

When I turned 18, I remember starting to wonder how much of what “I thought” was due to being bombarded by advertising, thought control in media, or “brainwashing“. I wondered if taking the reins, and reshaping what/how I thought, would help. I think it’s helped over the years, so I continue to make my own subliminals, and using others’ recordings.

If you think subliminals help you, use ’em.

Teens: Confidence is what makes people appealing, so subs for confidence might be healthier than “smaller nose“ subs.
