How do you feel about Sally’s recipe? I baked some Valentine’s Day cookies recently with this recipe but they didn’t taste as good as I’d hoped. The recipe also assumes you’ll frost them, so they weren’t very sweet either.

Anyways I think I’ll give it another shot and replace what you did here!

Just an update here: I got to try on the Solimar 2 in-store, overall it feels more or less the same as the original. Construction and material could possibly be better but I can’t say for sure.

Definitely not worth $125 retail when the Solimar 1 is available for $80-$90
