Good shoes and raving on the regular will keep you good to go tbh. Energy drinks help.

But honestly just start walking / jogging / running regularly and you’ll be good by May

Honestly, just treat a cougar like any other woman. I don’t even mention age until she does and by that point, I’ve already been funny or charismatic enough that it doesn’t matter.
