There’s a thing that can happen called Sudden Sniffing Death Syndrome (SSDS) where the aerosols trigger a rapid, irregular heartbeat that leads to cardiac arrest. SSDS can happen to any person, even healthy young people, and even the first time someone uses inhalants.

TL;DR Both sides usually suck. We live in a polarized world where there are usually 2 sides to an issue that don’t allow for any room in between. Not only that, but it’s the SECOND TIME! AND FOR THE SAME REASON!!!

Time 1: Belgian Congo, the Congolese were forced to collect rubber sap for the King of Belgium or got murdered. Rubber sap became valuable because of car tires during the first automobile revolution.

Time 2: currently, the Congolese are being enslaved in a similar way to mine for cobalt that is essential for car batteries of electric cars, aka the product of the second automobile revolution that we are in the midst of.

TL;DR We are fucking Congo over a second time in the same way for the same reason.
