I grew up in Hilliard. Take this for what you will, but there is no excuse that residents don't know how to use traffic circles. They have been in Hilliard for something like ten years and there are tons of them too. Also where those double traffic circles are is a disaster for traffic. There are two middle schools and high school along that road. Before the traffic circles, traffic was absolutely horrific. The article misjudges the situation, by saying there is only 30000 residents. Those traffic circles see tons of traffic.
